How Are Applications Evaluated?
All Stevie Awards submissions are rigorously evaluated by a panel of industry experts, analysts, and management professionals. Each entry is reviewed independently by at least five judges through a specialized jury panel. Certain categories, such as Employer of the Year, also incorporate public voting into the evaluation process.
The entries are scored on a scale of 10. Winning levels are determined as follows:
- An average score of 7.50 or higher secures a Bronze Award.
- An average score of 8.25 or higher earns a Silver Award.
- The highest score in the category receives a Gold Award.
Key Application Guidelines
- All entries must be in English and comply with the specific word limits.
- Write in the third person, avoiding phrases like “we” or “our.”
- Supporting documents such as visuals and testimonials are encouraged but should be concise.
- All submissions must be completed through the respective awards platform. Stevie Awards do not accept standalone Word files or email submissions.
