Our clients entrust us with their achievements and data, and it is our commitment to uphold the highest standards of integrity. Likewise, awards organizers expect us to present applications that are honest, transparent, and ethically sound. With this in mind, we operate under a stringent code of ethics that guides every aspect of our engagement.
Conflict of Interest
To maintain fairness and impartiality, we do not take on competing submissions for single-winner categories if we have been engaged to create a comprehensive application for a client. In these situations, we prioritize exclusivity and do not accept additional work for that category.
There are, however, a few exceptions to this policy:
Multi-Winner Categories: Programs that recognize multiple winners, such as the Brandon Hall Awards, are not subject to exclusivity.
Regional Distinctions: For programs with separate regional awards, we apply our exclusivity policy at a regional level only.
Limited Involvement: If our role is minimal—such as providing feedback on a submission or adapting content for a different category—we may accept such projects without conflict.
Our objective is always to provide clarity and transparency in our client engagements while ensuring that no conflict of interest compromises the integrity of the process.
Integrity in Submissions
Our goal is to present your accomplishments accurately and compellingly. We focus on identifying and highlighting genuine strengths rather than embellishing or overstating your achievements. We are committed to showcasing your organization’s true value by using evidence-based claims that reflect reality.
Setting Realistic Expectations
While we leverage our extensive experience to provide insights on the likelihood of success, we cannot predict outcomes with certainty. If, during the preparation process, we find that the evidence available does not support a strong case for the category, we may advise reassessing the application strategy. This does not negate the value of the time invested but serves to prevent unnecessary disappointment and optimize resource allocation.
Respect for Confidentiality
We adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements and are always open to formalizing this with a non-disclosure agreement if desired. Regardless of formal documentation, we ensure that all shared information remains confidential and is not disclosed beyond our team. Furthermore, we respect our clients’ right to anonymity and will not publicize our involvement without explicit consent. We believe that our clients should be in the spotlight, not us, and our role remains discreet unless otherwise requested.
Transparent Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward and agreed upon in advance. When we commit to a project with a specified budget or upper limit, we guarantee that no additional charges will be applied unless mutually discussed and approved.
Independence from Award Programs
We maintain complete independence from award organizers and do not accept commissions for encouraging submissions to specific awards. Our focus is solely on providing unbiased, high-quality support to our clients. Additionally, we do not have any ownership or stakes in any award programs, ensuring that our recommendations are always in the best interest of our clients.
Accuracy in Reporting Success
We are proud of the success rates we achieve for our clients, and we ensure that our results are reported accurately. We calculate our success rate based on the number of third-party awards genuinely won, and we do not manipulate figures to inflate our performance. Unlike some providers, we do not count commendations as wins, run self-created awards to enhance our statistics, or direct our clients to lesser-known awards solely for the sake of increasing our win rate. Our focus is on securing prestigious recognitions that genuinely enhance our clients’ reputation and visibility. Our commitment to integrity is the foundation of our business, and we strive to reflect this in every engagement we undertake.
